We are authorized to purchase raw materials in compliance with:

– European Regulation No. 715/2013, which governs the trade of End-of-Waste materials, defining when waste ceases to be classified as such;

– The definition of By-product according to Article 184-bis of Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments.

Metal prices fluctuate based on the quotations reported by the LME (London Metal Exchange), which are typically used as a reference for calculating raw material purchase prices.
